The old kitty get's some time in the sun
Our oldest cat is 20 years old. We don't let her out much anymore since she doesn't move well, see well, and is stone cold deaf. She adopted us when she was a year old stray and walked up on our porch (which obviously had a sign only cat's could see that said "sucker's live here! Meow at door!").
We took her out in the yard today, she sniffed around and then found a comfortable place in the garden with the sun hitting her.
Not my best photos... trying to get a half blind, deaf cat to look your way is not easy.

I bet she appreciated it.
Almost all of my cats have been strays that found me. The one we have now is 14 and thinks she's two. Hope she lives as long as yours.

Our stopped moving well, the Vet thought it might be cancer, turned out to be Arthritis and with the right medicine she carried on for another 4 years.
Outside in the sun is a nice place to be for kitties.
I wish our latest rescue cat would understand that :)
