    NY Motorcycle Show

I wanted to try my hand at shooting things with two wheels, so I went to the motorcycle show today. What I noticed after going through my shots is that I only got one or two full bikes. Two reasons for that, I think: one, I'm so used to press days when there aren't crowds, that I unconsciously waited for people to go away so I didn't have people in the shots. Hard to do on public days, so I never ended up shooting the whole bike. That, and I was so fascinated with all of the little details and customizations that I concentrated on that and just forget to shoot the whole bike. Anyway, here are the shots... all photos ©2011 Megan Green, all rights reserved. Thanks for looking! (The bikes: Victory detail, custom detail, Honda tire, Ducati detail, Ducati bike.)

    Some from the HD booth

Two details from Harley-Davidson booth, a safe procedures demonstration in the HD booth, and a detail of a custom.

Great eye Megan, love your closeups. The beauty is so often in the details.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
