Not Wedding Photos.

1. My fiance got a new PnS today: Canon PowerShot S500 Digital Elph
2. We went to the airport tonight to pick up a friend.
3. I got to play :D

I like to take photos of people. I'm not too good about confrontation of any kind, so I try and be discrete when taking shots. I turned off the flash, turned it to B/W, and pointed the camera where I thought I'd get the most interesting shots.
I do this with my 10D as well, slap on the 16-35 when i'm out and about and just shoot from the hip. I'm getting pretty good at it.

I think I did pretty good with a new camera, my fav. is the 3rd. down.

Minimal PS work: Auto Contrast, Key Line, corners burned in on the first one.

These are pretty cool, Kathryn, They all look like they were done discretely, with the subjects unaware...good work. I like the 3rd one...blurred but able to see what's happening in the frame.
