    Wowza!

Congratulations Robert, my friend. And pass those along to the lovely Dawn also. She's obviously one tough cookie!

I only made it to Orange belt in HapKiDo...a long time ago but know how much time and effort you both must have put into this. Way to go. I also know about breaking toes in martial arts. Over the year I was heavily into I broke 4 (both outside sets). Not much you can do but tough it out.

I have no doubt that you will make it to the master level. It wouldn't suprise me if Dawn made it also. Even if she doesn't know she wants to...yet.

I, for one, would love to come and visit you guys someday. I'd bet you're not boring hosts!

Re: The Nikon Samurai Gets His Black Belt

Congrats Speed and Dawn and to your friends as well. It is always awesome to achieve a major goal that you have worked so hard for. I am proud to follow in the footsteps of such a grand Samurai!!!

You and your family are welcome anytime my friend! Just let me know when.

I'll be sure to pass your congratulations on to Dawn. Now that this is behind us, she's back working on her ND. Only six more classes to go.

Thank you for the kind words my friend. Those who have studied the martial arts know what it takes. Or as my father would say: "If it was easy, everyone would do it."

You are too kind. But I do take Nikon Samurai seriously.

Talking A Note From Mrs. Speed

I like the "Cops" comment the best. How many ambulances would it take to clean up the mess? You know we would torture each other, but we would annihilate anyone who tried to come between us!
