A bit of lens flare in the second last one, and I would like to re-shoot this again. There were some d***heads giving me grief when I was shooting there last.

The bushes are in the way in this one, I'll have to bring my chainsaw next time I go shooting! ;-)

It's probably a fraction over exposed as well.

Some of these have been posted before. Just thought I would add them to this thread. All pictures were taken at Bellingraft Gardens near Mobile Al. and ALL of them were taken hand held WITHOUT a tripod. These are straight out of the camera. I did re size them so they could be uploaded to our site, Jeff

#1 People walking down a path through the "Under the Sea " exhibit

#2 A lighted bridge crossing a pond with lights on the far side

#3 A train about 100ft long on the bank on the far side of the pond with the reflection in the water

#4 This is an exhibit about 40ft across

#5 Another shot of the train with the lighted walk crossing the pond in the lower left hand corner

    I like image #1 Jeff...lots of mood.

As I remember this was a unprepared candid grab.A 911 response to a man stuck in an elevator. The crew didn't know which floor, had to call in for more info... :p Greyscale converted.

Rick, I like your #1 also. :D You managed to get a lot of detail and depth of field in a dark situation. Very well done. I also like the movement in the fireman, it shows a little action going on, Jeff

Jeff, I took my grandkids to zoolights in Tacoma and it looked a lot like what you shot.
I didn't get as good of shots as you did though.

    Giving the thread another bump...

This is from Twin Peaks in San Francisco looking north across the bay toward Marin. I've got some others from some beaches in LA on my Flickr stream.
