    Newbie saying hi

Well I've always been a photo buff but fell out of it for a few years. I figured I'd hop on over here from the MTB Review forums I frequent since I have(kinda) a new camera. X-Mas is so good but so bad that its 2 months away. my parents went and bought my x1mas gift today. a Digital Rebel and two menses. but I don't get it until xmas they say. this sucks. oh well. attached is one of my old images I did for fun in a photo class in HS.printed many years ago.

Welcome aboard. Until you get your new toys, post your old stuff (it'll be new to the rest of us). Looking forward to hearing more from you and getting to know you. I think you'll find this site to be a pretty friendly and safe environment for photographers at all levels and walks of life.

thankyou. all my old stuff was b&w prints. thats really the only one I have scanned. it was two negatives combined. I couldscan a couple I have on my walls I guess. most stuff I do now has just been some digi bike phots but nothing special, havn't had the camera. I'm even selling all my old gear. enlarger and darkroom stuff for somew new lenses and such. Hoping I can convince my parents to let me at the camera earlier so I can get to some shooting.

Self control my friend. It's the only thing that seperates us from animals.

    Welcome!
