New scanner

I just bought a new scanner, and Epson V100 (I know that's the lesser of the two, but it was mostly to get them online). It's not the most expensive one out there, but it's far better than the one sitting busted in the closet.

I posted the baby shoes picture because it was slightly underexposed. This is with little tweaking. See for yourself.

Oh yeah, that's from an old slide. The hardest thing to scan so far has been cross-processed negs, but that's to be expected.

That's pretty good. What kind of res can you get??
