    New Holga picture
    I just thought I'd pop in and say hello. I've been posting sporadically, but I read every day! I've just been quiet. Life is hectic.

    I shot this image (just posted images from the same place in photo critique forum) at Socrates Sculpture Park in Astoria at a solstice festival they had.... they had little art projects for the kids. My friend's (in the photo) boyfriend had recently got out of the hospital after a car accident and emergency surgery removing a foot of intestine.... gah!

    Enjoy. Summer is good.

    I forgot to expand upon that and add that she had written a prayer on her little cutout FOR the aforementioned BF, and said one as she attached it to the string.

    But I know you all read my mind and figured that out anyway
    :p
