    New To Forum
    Hiya, been lurking for a while now, i thought i might post a pic. :D

    Took this the other day with my Fujipix s5500, saving up my pennies for a DSLR.

    This is a very nice image - good composition, color and very interesting. Your Fuji does a nice job! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your images

    What DSLR are you looking at? People around here have a variety of cameras so feel free to ask any questions, etc.

    Welcome aboard. Great first post. Love the compositon and your vivid colors. I did much the same as you lurked for nearly two years before I posted my first picture. Finally made the plunge when I bought a Fuji S602Z just before my sons wedding in May of 2003. That camera got me started posting and has proven to be a very fine tool. I bought a DSLR in May of 2004 and as they say the rest is history. I love it and have posted lke crazy ever since. Hope to see a lot more of your images and get to know you here at PR, this group has done wonders for my photography, great people to know.

    Welcome to the boards and always a great thing to have new faces about! Glad to see another Fuji user too, I have the Fuji S5100, which I believe is the North American equivalent to your Fuji S5500! Great shot by the way, nice colors.

    My GF just bought an s5500. She loves it, and the images from it are very high quality. I know that Jared, the reviews moderator, also uses this camera. Nice choice.

    Your fist image here is a nice one. A very interesting subject.
