Need some help....what goes into a write up?

So I met a woman who owns a store who would like to have some photos for display/decoration in her store. They want to keep with a gallery theme, and would like to put a small write up about me under them.

What do you put in that? I'm kinda intimidated by the whole thing. Mind you this is childrens photos, black and white, family friendly type stuff.

A recent (Either current or last issue I think)"Artist's Magazine" had an article about this sort of thing. Here's the online tease for it.

I think it makes some good points. Some local library should have it if it is already out of the bookstores. If you can't find it easily, I send you mine.
Many artist's statements seem to be too much about trying to impress with artsy talk. I like simple statements in plain English about what the artist likes in a work and what moves her/him to communicate in this form. The KISS method of writing works well here.
