    Love to Shop

While I was visiting Japan recently, I saw on the news that Japan slipped from its long-held spot as the world's 2nd largest economy (a position now held by China) behind the US.

Population of Japan: about 130 million
Population of China: about 1300 million

So it makes sense I suppose. But with shoppers as far as the eye can see, it seemed like a race Japan was trying to win.

Very nice, Loupey. Love the shutter dragging bringing to us the motion and hectic pace of the crowds.
Looks like Toyota is going to be in a REAL heap of trouble and they might be trying to pick up the impending vacuum. . .
    love it.

Thanks, Gary. Yeah it seems the Toyota saga just keeps getting darker and darker.

Incidentally, this is a good example of how helpful IS (internal stabilization) technology can be to fulfill a vision. This shot required a 1/3 second exposure and hand-held (for obvious reason) at 24mm.
