It almost does but I think it needs more detail in the shadow.

Tried playing with it in lightroom, but I think I made it too washed out now.

Took a few more of it today. It is a pretty plant.

I've always liked a flared sun coming through in a shot like that. One technique to experiment with might be a little fill flash since of course your subject would always be backlit in a situation like that. Not easy to do, but in this situation it just might work (you need a small aperture for the flare so the flash working distance won't be very far).
