    Lazy Mutt....

Here is my lazy mutt Cassie again. She's only 10 months and 80lbs! She thinks she's frog as she constantly tries to catch flies with that big ole tounge. She may be part Rotwieller and Pitbull but she is really friendly to those she knows, and really likes playing with the neighborhood kids......now if I can just get her not to growel and bark at cars and trucks when were driving around!
But here are a few of her favorit pastime....sleeping! Starting with the yawn, the playfull look, then a minute later, out like a light.

OMG JS! Cassie is the cutest ever! She's such a petite little thing.

She cracks me up because she sleeps just like my corgi. On the couch, on their backs with their widdle heads slung over the arm of the couch. Too cute for sure.
    It's not blurry. It's bokeh.

Petite little thing? Apparently I need to get a view that shows her size better. This is a big chair shes in. She's 10 months and 80lbs....the vet said she wouldn't be as big as Casper, however he was wrong! She's already bigger than he was and her neck is 22 inches around, and 29" girth. She's also very strong!

I don't know if you want to hear this JS but I had two Rotties and the female was between 90-100 and my male was 120-135. Big dogs indeed but truely puppies at heart.

    Re: Lazy Mutt....

JamesV, yeah, this MONSTER will be at least 100lbs by her first birthday, and probably more. Usually though a mix won't be as big as if it were one or the other, but this one didn't get that memo.
Oh she is definately a "puppy at heart", she chews everything, books, homework, CD's, blankets, shoes, clothes, the walls, furniture....and live electrical cords, even pulling an outlet out of the wall. I have no clue why but she has a facination with electricity and live wires. I think there is a short circuit in her brain, she rarely feels pain, even when she stuck a piece of wood through her paw, she didn't even wince when I removed it!

JS, there has been reports that Rott's have broken a leg and the owner hasn't know until the regular yearly checkup. Mine use too lay under the kitchen table when he was a puppy, to get out of the way I guess. Then when he was full geown he would do the same thing but when someone came to the day he would move all the chairs out try ing to get to the door, really funny. Good Luck.

I love the second pic. Should put sunglasses on and a beer beside her. LOL

    Re: Lazy Mutt....

    Thanks Barb,
She wouldn't sit still to put sunglasses on her, and she'd drink the beer before I could get the camera. That shot was right after the bottom one, she woke up to see what that flash of light was, and then got another one. She lays like that all the time, I have weven waken up and found her stretched across me in about the same position....strange puppy!
