Just got back from a trip through NM -> AZ -> NV

Just got back from a week and a half road trip. Thought I would share a couple pictures from the Petrified Forest/Painted Desert National Monument and one out of Sedona, Az.

Very nice! The first one is beautiful, I love the sky, maybe crop a little off the bottom? 3rd one is beautiful. Looks like a fun trip!

Sedona, Arizona was really amazing. I found there to be even more interesting than the Grand Canyon (not that it wasn't interesting, I guess there were just more pleasing photo ops in Sedona)

Most of these shorts I had a polarizer filter on. In fact when I was there, I bought a second on for my EF 75-300mm lens also. I was really amazed at what an impact that the filter has on the pictures by really making the sky and clouds pop (even when framing them.)

Beautiful pictures! Though I love the landscape of the southwest, and the rock formations, I think my favorite of the pictures you took is the road. Very cool.
