I'm interested in how you would title this pic of the ridges northeast of Ashville, NC seen from Hwy 23. I think the Blue Ridge Parkway runs along the higher one.

I'll vote for this one - or maybe "Layers, North Carolina". I'm guessing it's the layers of mountains and the depth in the shot from the haze that is what made you take this shot. A title like that would tell us what you're seeing. Nice shot, and a beautiful area of the country.

Beautiful shot, Chunk. I would call it, "Blue Ridge Harmony", which not only describes the feeling of the image, but gives a hint at its location...

no explanation to give ya, just came to mind......."in a silent way" popped into my head aswell for some reason, but maybe thats just because i'm listening to miles davis at the mo!
