Sorry, no more to post. DH's cousin's new baby, so no release.

I do, however, have a three month old on Friday that I may put in the bowl as well. The bowl is on loan from a gift shop till Friday, so I'm thinking I'll give it another go.

Don't know how much pull you have here, but I think a lighter colored bowl would complement the "baby" theme better?

Ooh, did you put bananas and apples and things around her? Like a fruit bowl?

The only thing available at this house was empty beer cans, I thought I'd pass on those.

The wood texture (resin bowls) is only in this color, but I could try pottery or glassware. Hmmmm.
