    C-Star spotting scopes

Is anyone familiar with these? As spotting scopes they seem well thought of, and are reasonable in price compared to the high end units. I'm wondering if they would be any good for digiscoping.

I have given digiscoping some serious thought in the past, and I'm sure I will again in the future, but I haven't got to the point of looking at scopes in depth yet. If Paul doesn't respond to this thread, go to the Wildlife and Nature forum (he's the moderator) and send him a PM. He will be able to help you out and give you some good advice on scopes. I remember him mentioning an 80mm scope that he thought was right up there with the top of the line scopes, but I don't remember the brand. Pioneer or Bushnelle I think...

Do a search for digiscoping here on the boards and you'll find some threads discussing it.
