Introductions??

Hi! Inever found the Introductions Forum that was mentioned in the greeting...oh well! Hope this is okay!
Let's see I'm 28, a grad student in Social Work in Boston. My first camera was a pink Concord 110! Recently I've sparked an interest in nature photography...water, parks, flowers, landscapes, etc. I also really enjoy black and white. I find that I "see" my better shots in black and white. I'd really like to give a shot at portraits, but I'm scared to death lol. Oh, well, keep on keepin on, right????:D
