    Smile Introduction.

Hello! I just discovered this board, and am very excited to join
    .
I have been taking pictures for several years, and have more recently decided to make my way into professional photography. I'm just starting to take a look around, and am learning as I go. I hope to learn where to go, who to talk to, what to do, etc, to get my photography out there, and maybe even make some money while doing so!

I am looking forward to talking with many of you, and sharing photography.

    Stephanie.

    Welcome!

Welcome to the PhotographyREVIEW.com community, Stephanie. I'm a tiny bit biased, but I think it's the best photo community on the Internet

I hope we can help you learn and grow as a photographer. And I look forward to seeing your photos and learning from you, too.

The foundation of PhotographyREVIEW.com is our user review section. Please post reviews for your camera and other photo gear. You don't need to be any kind of expert. Everyone's opinion and experience is important.

Welcome aboard, Steph. You'll learn a lot here, not all pertinent, but never the less, interesting. Be sure to share. We are a sharing and caring bunch of nuts. Seriously, this forum will do you more good than a bunch of magazines. Questions? Ask away.

    Re: Introduction.

Thank you both for making me feel so welcome!

I searched around for a photography forum, and everything else I found didn't seem to be very worthwhile, until I found this one! So, I understand your bias John.

I look forward to learning from you all, and maybe even helping someone else along the way.

    Re: Introduction.

    Hi Ruthie and welcome.
You'll get better results if you start a new thread, probably in the dslr forum.
Be as specific as you can for what you want out of a camera and maybe post a pic or two.
    Keep Shooting!
