    I still use my 50mm f1.8

    It's light, cheap, durable, and razor sharp. I prefer it over my f1.4 USM version by far. Here's a shot from Sunrise Beach of some of our scouts with my fav short prime.

    I haven't used my 50 in a long, long, time. Perhaps I should get it out of the case and renew my spirits by using something 'new' for a while! Fun photo.

    Nothing wrong with a 50mm 1.8 lens. I LOVE mine!!!
