I Got the Job!

Yesterday I had an interview at Disneyland to be the Skipper on the Jungle Cruise. Well, they hired me on the spot. Not only will I be doing Jungle Cruise like I was hoping for but I will be working on all the attractions in Adventure Land and Frontier Land, which will include: Jungle Cruise, Idiana Jones Adventure, Pirates of the Carribean, and Thunder Mountain Railroad! I start next Saturday and I have to go back in Wednesday or Friday to get fitted for my costumes and get my I.D. picture taken and stuff. I am soo excited. It's a dream come true for me!

Congratulations!!! I remember the very first time I went out to "Disneyland". Whew...that was a loooonnnngggg time ago (1965). in the early '80's I went to CA for a frat convention and many of our brothers worked there! They took us all over the place!!! I wish I would have had the opportunity to work there, but it was little too far to commute!!! haha...Make sure you post us some pictures of you in your costume and at the helm!!!!!!!

Thanks guys! Well, my girlfriend ended up not even going. She's been sick all week and has gotten worse over the weekend. So, she decided to wait until she feels up to par.
