I finally did it!

I signed up for a photography class at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville for this semester!!! I wish I would have done it a few years ago while I was an undergrad there, but better late than never. I'm so excited!!! I pulled my AE-1 out of my bag yesterday afternoon and took some black and white shots of some of the historical places around town. I thought it would be a good idea to figure out how that thing works before I show up to class with it since I think there is going to be some darkroom work and the DSLR wouldn't give me anything to play with in the darkroom.

You're going to enjoy the class, I'm sure. I took a photo workshop at a local college once ... a beginner's course, but I enjoyed it so much, I went back and took the same course. I enjoyed interacting with the wide-eyed beginners as well as the seasoned veterans. Let us know how you are enjoying it.

How fun! I always wanted to do that....one of those things I eventually want to get to...my list is long...let us know how it goes!
