    I went to the local camera shop and ordered (and paid for) my D2X.

    Now I play the waiting game.

    Congratulations Frank.

    This is quite possibly the best DSLR right now. Some people pointed out that it has more noise than the 1Ds mkII at ISO 800 and more but it appears to outperform the Canon in most aspects.

    Keep us informed on your new glorious tool (and post a whole lot of images!!)
