Howdy - From Adelaide Australia

Hi All,

thought I'd pop in & say Hello. As you may notice (currently) I am the newest member. My Name is Ashley, but you can call me Hoffy & I come from Adelaide, Australia.

I am currently into my second "foray" into photograhpy & my first try of serious digital photograpy, having gotten my first DSLR late last year(a Sony A100...I hope you are not camera snobs at this place :D ..... Fits nicely with my Dust gatherers, being Minlota equipment).

camera snobs? Nahhh...well...depends...I'll own either a SLR or a Compact Digital...but, well, they've gotta be Canon. :lol:

I think you'll find this group to be quite nice, lots of inspiration here, I've learned a lot.

Welcome aboard Hoffy. I have seen some remarkable images posted on PR that came out of the A100 so I'd say your in the right spot. Feel free to jump right in. I think you will find us to be a pretty normal bunch of fanatics. We're all fantical about photograph and love to show off what we do. Great place to learn and share. Just don't be bashful.

Welcome to PR :) You two are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place. I am truly jealous. If you check out my gallery I have some pics from a trip to Australia and Shellharbour was one of my favorite places that we stayed. The pool right next to the ocean was just cool as :D My wife and I are off to New Zealand the day after tomorrow. Sorry I didn't mean to jack your thread. Welcome again :cool:
