How are you?

Hello, my name is Emma and I'm new here. I've only been taking pictures for about a month or two so they're not that good (take a look in my gallery if you want) but I thought I'd join here and maybe learn something :)
Anyways... How is everybody doing tonight?

I am doing fone tonight. It's been a warm one today in Phoenix. Hit 113 I believe. So we spent our day inside.

See what 113 does to ya?! It just so happens 112 degrees fahrenheit is the temperature at which typing ability turns to liquid.

It got to 112 also in Palm Springs, but fortunately here in the Pass area our temps were down to 100 today. Had the swamp cooler going all day.

Welcome aboard. We're all about photography and learning to be better photographers here at PR. But we're not above having a little fun doing it, as you can see from a couple of the earlier post. Best way to learn on the forums is to post images and ask for opinions. Hope you stick around and have fun with us.

Welcome Emma. This is a great photography site. No snooties. All walks and levels with a common passion-photography. Very friendly place with a lot of very helpful friends. Safer place than some of the elitist photography sites out there. Some of us are more active in posting and socializing, and some of us (like me) are more active in just (lurking) being the proverbial wallflowers.
As far as how am i?
It's about 65 here, will probably hit the mid 80's today. It's my day off, but I find myself still calling into the office to make sure things got handled at 7AM, and half myday will be dedicated to things work related. Funny how that works, the less you work, the more you work anyway :-) Hope you have a good day too.
