Homestead AFB airshow

Weather was kinda dodgy but they managed to pull it off. I've narrowed down my selections from almost 900 photos taken, to the top 130 and trying to cut that number down some more. I promise not to post them all, but here are a few of my favorites out of what I've gotten processed so far...

Nice shots, watch the shutter speed though, the props are almost stopped.

Prop blur aside, these are a great series of shots of some outstanding flying. Love the mirrored F16s. Looks like a bit of oneupmanship between the Air force and Navy, the formation between the P51 and the F15 looks a bit tighter. This is a great display of flying by two very dissimilar ( but oh so cool) aircraft. Hope you stick up a few more from the day.

Nice! the first one and last are my favorites....Interesting comment from Adamasti...for my untrained eye they are great shots but yeap maybe some slower speed will aid a bit in the effect...tho I guess is not that easy considering the speed and distance.
