Look's good to me. Maybe we need a food or recipe section in the forum. Care to share your recipe for the egg rolls Thanks.

    Thanks,

Everytime I make them, it's a little different.

This time the store was out of sprouts so I used cabbage, brocolli and carrots for the "greens". The meat is pork tenderloin, sliced thin and sauteed in oil, seasoned with crushed dry red peppers, black pepper and garlic. The final ingredient is coarsely chopped black tiger shrimp.

I "paint" the edges of the wrapper with water and flour to seal them and roll'em up :)

Couple of minutes per side in oil over medium heat and they're Golden..

Cool and drain on paper towel and serve with home made sweet and sour sauce..

The small half of a loin and eight shrimp made sixteen rolls, I place them on a cloth towel on a tray and freeze them. The next day I put them in a plastic bag and back in the freezer.

    Cheers, Don
