Differences to the more civilized work are so wide that make the story incomprehensible,
for me the extremes are simply beyond the scale of my experience.

I can only wonder the incredible effort to go through one single day, it becomes mind blowing when one think of years spent in that magnificent community, which bases it existence on the work of every single one of them.
