    Hi Guys...
Hope this finds you all in good shape. I am doing just fine and am still in school (scheduled to graduate in July of next year, majoring in fine art).
I have not been here much, but stopped by one day to see that things have changed radically although there are still a few familiar names around. I will try to post more often than never, as the case has been.

Currently I have a triptych (T Minus Half) in an art auction being held in Denver March 5th. Check out the auction catalog at:

Art at The Oxford My images appear in the right order but are numbered incorrectly on the page.

Some of my faculty are in it as well: Angie Buckley , Frank Varney - my program director (we are pretty good friends), T. John Hughes, also fellow students: Gene Wheeler,Amy Wright and Tim Deddens.
Other notables include: Greg Dyro of Paramount Pictures - Patrick Nagatani,
Fleming Lunsford and John "Where are my llamas" Fielder.
It will be a good opportunity to meet fellow artists and art buyers in Denver, the catalog is published to a very large mailing list across the nation as well so it is good exposure (pun intended).

I'll stop by again soon and try to post some of my more recent work.

    Take care all!

Good to see you found your way over here. Don't feel too out of place with the new format. The majority of us are still adapting to the new look and features...

    Good luck with the auction!

Hey buddy! It's been a looong time!

I run across pictures from our NM road trip every once in a while and wonder how you are.

I hope you can come up here more often and remind us why we love you ;p

Take care, good to hear from you.

    Hi, SJ
It sounds like things are going very well for you; I'm glad! And thanks for stopping in and giving us an update. Not long ago there was a "what happened to sailor jerry" post... can't remember who put it up...

Hey Hans - I'm glad to see that school is going so well. Brent and I were down at Great Sand Dunes a couple of weeks ago - he said you were still around and that school was keeping you busy. Congrats on having the triptych in the auction - I hope the catalog opens some more doors for you.

I tried to e-mail you a while back - I had a small show up in Red Feather and used your wide-angle shot of my mug for the bio. Pretty funny stuff. I think your photograph of me got more comments than my photographs of White Sands. It was all good, though!

    Good to hear from you!

That may have been me, complaining about not getting to see any of SJ's nightime scenes. If you look back through the old archives, there are a lot of great photos appearing with a Sailor Jerry sig.

    Glad your back SJ.
