Hello

Hi -- I'm new to the photography world. As a gift from relatives, my wife and I recently purchased a Canon Digital Rebel XT with a Speedlite. I've been playing with the camera far more than my wife, but wanted to find a forum to discuss photography as I try to work on building some skill. :) So, I hope to get to know ya'll better as time progresses, and hope to be of some benefit to others as I trust you will to me!

I guess I'll try posting one of my photos for the fun of it. :D

welcome. you have some really generous relatives. I wish i was able to get a DSLR and speedlite as a gift. I was like you, i came to the board to learn more about photography.
