Anyone else notice how banks and malls started to look like churches..?

Haven't noticed it here but then I'll do whatever I can to avoid malls and banks.

Thats an interesting shot, susaan. I too have not noticed that being the case here where I am, but I'm wondering what that may be all about by you.

Susaan, I hadn't noticed ... it is an interesting observation.

Maybe that is why I stay well clear of banks and malls, subconsciously there could be strong forces at play.

- window reminded me of a modern church style I detest,perhaps I'm a snob,as my childhood church was tiny,pretty and recorded in the "Doomsday Book".

-The comment about banks and malls was made to me by an sweet old Anglican minister,
(One of his favorite quotes was,"in getting and spending,we lay waste our energies:")
-in the U.K,many years ago,on entering a" listed" building converted into a Natwest bank office-looked just like a church-stained glass,all white,marble floors,etc.
