I think it is the side of someones lips from the top to bottom, middle to near the connection part on either left or right of mouth.

...it's someone with their arms crossed, the right over the left. Oh, and their arms are all wrapped in bandages like a mummy. Orange bandages...

Either that or a clenched fist, this tight shot showing the thumb going under the index finger of someone's right hand.

i think you may be projecting with the bandages guess.

It's two feet, with the heel of one tucked into the arch of the other.

two feet, heel to arch. That's kind of what my feet looked the first time I used suntan in a bottle.....orange.

yup feet. knew it. :)

I can't see colors, so that part was out. I would have guessed a couple of peppers getting some quality time together.
