    George Clooney and Colonel Sanders
Yeah, you read the thread title correctly. I covered the premier of George Clooney's new movie Leatherheads and Colonel Sanders was there. Here are a few shots from my perch in the window of a building across the street.

Here are a couple more from the event of his co-star Renee Zellweger and a local you may recognize as former Miss America Heather French Henry.

Renee is the second to last shot. She is the blonde just above Heather.

    Two Questions.

    One: No John Krasinski?
    Two: Where was this?

Tel, I think John Krasinski may have been at the premier, (he was scheduled to appear) but from what some others said who were around me he just went straight into the theater and didn't work the red carpet crowd. This was in Maysville, Ky. just down the road from Clooney's home town.

Ah alright. Thats pretty sweet, regardless.

Why'd they have it there? Is the movie based there? Or is it simply because thats down the street from George Clooney's home town?

Tel, simply because George's hometown was down the road. That and his aunt Rosemary premiered her movie in the same town years ago.
