    Good control over the DOF, here, with this very sharp lens. I have one for my D100 and love the sharpness...great lens for under $100. Good shots.

    The first shot. It apeals to me visually.

    The second shot shows off that limited DOF really well.

    Not too bad for that "most boring of focal lengths"!
