Frosty Leaf

Spotted this one this morning in the yard while I was out walking the dog.

Burrrrrr, cant believe its winter already!

Nice one Brian. Your gong to force me to get up early enough to have time to go out and get a few pictures before work.

Beautifully reminds me of how grass used to crunch,underfoot,in the mornings.

I love the lighting-being able to sort of "see through" the leaf really adds texture. I love how a simple sweet moment captured on camera can envolke so many memories. The frost almost adds a texture, makes the leaf look furry! Very neat. I'm with Old Timer, I'm going to have to start getting up with the sunrise!

That's a beautiful picture! You're lucky you get the changing seasons with the brilliant colors for the leaves! That's one thing I wish California had more of!

I agree with Old Timer and natgaines - i'm going to have to get up early, but for me, that'll be the weekends. I already get up at 430 am so I can get to work at 6am! :) But now that I live on my 0.46 acres, I'm sure there's plenty I can snap in the wee hours!
