Photo cliché, and as you said in a club competition probably "null points" (say that in a Eurovision song contest French accent).
But a tourist shot that I didn't have in the bag before.

    Westminster, from outside County Hall.
Last one with the tripod, as the forum broke up with people having families to go home to !

My shot of Hungerford bridge, without photographers

Mike, Tom, did either of you take shot of the bridge instead of from it?

Oh by the way, if anyone's going down there, look out for the thin flexible metal edgings under the railing.
If you put all the tripod legs on the concrete bridge desk, it's much more stable.
I think that's the cause of the blur in some of my other photographs that I haven't shared.

    Yes, quite a photogenic night.
I walked past about a dozen photo opps on the way from Waterloo to the tree.
I decided to forego the fountain/lion shots in the interest of moving down to the river, and some beer - thanks, Tom !

And one more from me! This is just to give a flavour of the carol singing under the tree. I know there is motion blur - but at an exposure of 30sec, not too bad!

    Cheers

This is the women who could really sing?
    Sorry to have missed them.

I see really prominent green/cyan fringes on the post to the left, is this a crop?

I like the star effect of your six-blade diaphragm, not sure the 8 rays from my lens look so seasonal. Subtle little thing, but it works to your advantage.
