Fleetweek NYC this week - info?

I just heard that it's Fleetweek in NY - an annual event I try not to miss. Since I changed to verizon DSL I lost some favorites/links and don't have the website anymore.

Does anyone have any info - schedule of events etc? Or an information link? :confused:

BTW - anyone interested in going?

It's supposed to rain Tues & Weds so I'm thinking maybe Thursday or Friday.

finding it with the right key words is sometime the problem ;)

There was a street fair last year during Fleetweek. This is a bit soft because they were walking very fast - and I was walking backwards. But I love this image - it's one of my favorites. ;) The next one is simply a crop. Wish it were sharper.
