First Landscape shot

Not been a member on here long, so not sure if i have put this post in the right place? please feel free to move it if it belongs somewhere else?

i got this shot at the weekend and i kind of like it, please feel free to leave comments as i know i have a lot to learn

Hi Carl if you want feedback on how to improve your shot, the critique section is where you should post. Regards shot both seem nicely exposed, and good contrast but the canal boat looks to be just a little to close to the side of the image.

I think the photos could be a little darker, just my opinion. I like the subject.
