When your photo's are used on a website?

Dr. Knelson, the Pediatrician my wife works for, decided he wanted to put some of my photo's on his website. He wanted my rainbow shot on the home page, and he had his web host create another page for additional photo's.

On the left side is a page called "Our Neighborhood" There is a collection on my photo's posted there. My lovely wife put the photo's on the page, and created a link for my Cape Lookout photo's since there were so many of them. The office manager told her to list me as her husband so people would make the connection between me and their office.

So, back to my question. Is this considered being published?

Sure that is publishing. Now to add to your repetoire and resumé, you need to aim for prints, posters, newspaper, magazines, books, film and television.

Actually, I've sold 60 prints of "Be Still", plus 12 prints of other photo's on my website. Things are definitely looking up.

Thanks Rick! It started with some photo's I took of the rainbow over their office. I gave them to the office manager, who showed them to Dr. K. He said he wanted the rainbow shot on the home page and decided he'd like to put some local photo's on the website as well. So I put together a collection of photo's for them, and they put them up. They like them, I like them, everyone seems to like them, so it's a win-win situation.

And since the concenus seems to be that this is considered being published, then I can add that to my list of accomplishments, and even my resume'.

Kinda makes a guy feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
