Failed mission

I went out last night hoping to catch the rising moon with some nice foreground elements in a favorite area. I packed up, drove out, set up, and there were thick clouds low in the Eastern sky. Dang! So I cracked open a beer and waited to see what the light would do. Maybe I could get a reasonable shot or two of something else?
I feel like I did ok for a failed mission.

All taken with a Pentax K-5 and vintage A*300mm f/4 except the one with the tree and sunset which was K-5 and Tamron 28-75 f/2.8
