An Evening to Night MT Bike ride
Re: An Evening to Night MT Bike ride
These are all pretty dark. How are you metering them? I've found that manual metering and flash output are pretty much required for this kind of shooting. The lights and reflective material on bike clothes almost always throw the exposure off.
Looks like some fun night ride terrain. I haven't done a night ride for years. My lights are ca. 1999 and I doubt the battery would even charge now :)

on rides like this . I only bring my cheap Point and shoot so no manual metering . and with good reason last night this one got its LCD smashed. I go through about one P&S a year. time to go over to ebay :)
and lets not forget , the head lamps Drive the metering crazy!
