Great series, the second one with the vapor over the wings is my favorite

Nice shots Terry, for some reason the A10 has always been one of my favorite aircraft.b

Great bunch of pics. My grandsons are going to love these when I show them.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Wow! The F-15 shot couldn't have been any better even if you had a direct link to the pilot to set up that shot.

Got me thinking about the Dayton Air Show. Found out that it was last month

Great shots. Not something us folks up here north of 49 get to see very often. That last one looks like it could take on just about anything and win.

Great shots! I especially love the F-15 shot, with the condensation over the wings. He was really getting on the G's there.

What gear did you use for these?

    Thanks.

For the jets (max shutter speed) I used a 20-year-old, beat up Minolta 300mm f/2.8, but it still works. The fist one above also used a 2.0x teleconverter and the forth one a 1.4x converter.

I am impressed. Those are great shots, and that old lens with the teleconverter really delivered!
