Dang, Sebastian, you posted my pictures! Only yours are better.
I have to go through mine still. I only just downloaded them to my 'puter just now. Stay tuned.
I have to say, though, that this year it was more about the people than the pictures. I had such a wonderful time talking to everyone, about movies and art and world views and just laughing together. Such a great group of people on this site!

Kelly, I took the photos out of your Rebel when you weren't looking. Copyright infringement and petty theft, all in one. I'm efficient.
You rascal! THAT's why you wanted to stop for something hot to drink. You just wanted to slip something in my dessert so you could take advantage of my CF card. ;)

Here's what Trevor really looks like. (Sebastian told me to post this one, heh heh) And, since Trevor suggested I use the "sauration" setting more, I did. ;)
Then after that, are some more from the weekend.

“A great photograph is one that fully expresses what one feels, in the deepest sense, about what is being photographed, and is, thereby, a true manifestation of what one feels about life in its entirety...” - Ansel Adams
Trevor, I saw that!!!!!! After I came back to read this thread I noticed it. Funny! You've got to use that as an avatar someday. I can send you the original to play with if you want. You might want to fix the color.

Nothing exciting, but I was looking for patterns too with the first one. The other is the lamp on the desk in my hotel room, and it's shadow (shining thru it's glass base) on the wall behind it. Thought that was kind of neat.
Hello everyone, I have to say that I had a nice time on Sunday. Here is my shot of Trevor, I just cropped it down to size. I'm going to put the one that Sebastian took at the resturant
Thanks for thinking of me Kelly.
Is that on the side of that crooked walking bridge by Millenium Park? I like your wider shot of that in the earlier post too. I always wish for a taller, more distant vantage point to take that shot so that a compressed, zoomed in shot should show courses of people zigging back and fourth, one above another.
