    Chaos!

Yesterday morning we celebrated Christmas with Carla's immediate family. Just thought I'd share a few shots from the morning

Thanks guys Let me tell you, I never wanted a Brightscreen for my Rollei more than this morning. I'm surprised they came out as well as they did between not really being able to see to focus and the kids not sitting still...LOL

They have a really nice American nostalgic look about them, Arron. Nice job!

Don't you ever shoot anything in color? How come they're all square?

I think "American nostalgic" is a good description - they have a nice classic feel to them. Looks great!

I'm afraid you've lost me... Color? What is this color thing you speak of? ...LOL Budget has been tight this month and at $10 a roll between the price of the roll and then developing, color has taken a back seat. I do have a couple rolls of E100GX and a couple rolls of Portra 800 in the fridge that are ready for development though. When I get my profit sharing check from work in a few weeks, I'm going to stock up a bit on color film. Stay tuned

    Great looking family Aaron.

I really enjoy your pictures. They have a certain style and flair.

    Re: Chaos!

Hey Aaron - Ok, but have you considered pushing it forward about 10-20 years or so and show sepia tones instead? Here's a example of one of your shots to show what it does. Doesn't look too bad, sort of about 1950s or so......

    Re: Chaos!

Oh yes, I will definitely be playing with toning once I get a darkroom going. Not sure I'll go quite that strong sepia but, I love a nicely toned b&w
