Cell Phone Landscape Thread
I am going to try to remember every time I am out shooting to take a few shots with my HTC Thunderbolt. So if you have any cell phone landscape shots let's see them....

Yes, I had the Incredible and upgraded to the Thunderbolt. I read Verizon was going to do away with the unlimited data plans. So if I go 4g now I will always have an unlimited plan.

I have an iPhone, and here are two panoramas taken and stitched by two different iPhone/iPad apps. The free app is the Panorama app, and it limits the file size to 3008 pixels, it also only gives you the panorama. The other app you pay for and it reduces the resolution about 50%, and it is better as it stitches the photos after you take them. Neither give the full control of a program like Panorama Factory (PC).
Comparison of the output sizes:
Panorama Factory : 6295 x 1753
Autostitch : 3428 x 872
Panorama : 3008 width on all panorama's (current image 3008 x 751 pixels)
Note the same photo set was used for the Autostitch & Panorama Factory comparison, and at the posted size there is not any visible differences.
I like both programs. Both do not give the tools the remove ghosting by adjusting the blending between the photos which can be done with Panorama Factory. Full size images are in the Photo Gallery

Not a cell phone pic, but pretty much the same thing. This was taken with the camera built into my hand held GPS.

Hmm, interesting concept. I'm still pretty fond of my dinc.
