My 1991 Miata, which I've own for almost a year now. This was taken last spring on Wildcat Road in Shasta County, Ca. It's a blast to drive, especially on the twisties.

Glad to see the activity in this thread.
. . . Iike others here, I have zillions of car photos, but I'll share some current photos of my Riviera.
Pretty sure you'll understand why it's so special, and also my pride 'n joy - enjoy !!
Beautiful well maintained car
What are the silver plates between the grill and radiator , shown on the photo with the hood open ... ?
Thanks Armando - my other "honey", as Dana calls the Riv.
The 'silver plates' you refer to, are actually the headlight pods. Rivieras from '65 - '69 had 'hidden' headlights, as was the fashion on some models back then, and can still be found on a few newer models now. When you pull the headlight switch to 'On', the vacumm operated headlamps rotate down to illuminate the road for night driving.
Reminds me of a 'dead frog', and sure draws a lot of attention at car shows !!

Lucked out entirely with the P&S here. The frame before I think was better but I can't find it. All he hit was the curb on the exit of 11 at Road Atlanta.
