I'm just throwing this one out there in response to all of the "winter" images people are posting.
(Most of which are very very nice, by the way. It's not my intention to belittle them. It's simply my attention to go "pthpthpthpthpthpthpthpth" to all the folks freezing their pieces/parts off at places where precipitation is solid.)
No clue who this young lady is (thus the "stranger" part) but she represents all that is right and well in this warmer neck of the woods. Taken Saturday, January 12, 2013.

And with all of that said, I have to admit that it has chilled today, we're down into the 40s right now, perhaps upper 30s tonight.

It should be your attention to pay more attention to your words. :P
(I can say that, he's my brother.) :-)
Oh, and on the note of weather, I met the Wisconsin Badgers volleyball team at Safeway this evening. Apparently there's a nice stock of tall women in that fair state. I was wearing the same sweatshirt I wore in July or August when I was making fun of your weather. They were mostly in T-shirts.

Re: Capture a Stranger
That's nice Greg. Is this at a museum or gallery?
Here's one I grabbed on Saturday. I was taking photos of my son mountain biking and of the landscape and this little gazelle of a woman ran by while the light was nice.
