Canon FT QL and Kodak Ektar 100

I used my old Canon FT QL to shoot start trails a week ago and shot several other things to finish up the roll. I'm very happy with most of my results especially with the color saturation. There is evidence light leaks so I may have to try one more time and see if I should continue to use the camera.

Beautiful work! I love, love, love, Ektar 100, it's good at 35mm, and it's pure Love in 120. I can't wait to see it in 4x5.

You really put it to great use. I love this whole group of pics. Wonderful deep color saturation.

It's gratifying to see film used this well. Where are the light leaks?

Thank you very much for your comments.

I think I may have a temporary film bug. I wonder how long it will last. It will probably slow down when the cost of film and developing start to add up. The film was a tad under $5 and processing with CD was a tad under $10.

I just ordered some accessories for my Canon A2 film camera including the remote cable for long exposure and an external battery pack.

I tried a roll of Ektar in my Canonet and though the colors seemed subdued. But you appear to have brought them out! Nice work.

I still have a roll of film in my Canonet that is almost finished. Not sure what brand it is since it's been in there for about 5 months!! Oh well, I guess I'll surprise myself.

Nice work. Ektar is certinly fine grained. I love it. If I was still shooting MF I would try some.

I got the camera on Ebay in '06. I bought it to complete a set and broke up in highschool. I tell the story here:
