Can you see the "monster face" in this photo??

I swear it came out of the camera like this.

Look at the second picture. Do you see the "face" in the sky? It looks like one of those monsters from a video game.

I'm visually challenged in this case...but I'll take two of whatever you took when you saw the faces...lol

I'm just teasing...it was great to meet you---it was too short a time---so here's hoping to other gatherings...

I'll keep looking nmaybe if I can lose this headache I can see more...

On another note the northern lights were quite amazing from the airplane window as I flew back home...as usual another photo op out the window---no camera on hand...

OMG Nat, I would have been in heaven watching them from the airplane. But, just remember, your camera would probably have been useless up there, because you need a tripod to capture them. At 600 mph it just doesn't work to take long exposures out an airplane window.

    Believe me, I've tried...

I can see the nostrils and mouth in #2
Nothing in #1 though, my monitor isn't good enough I think.

There is nothing in picture #1. Only picture #2 has it.

To me, the face looks like this:

Yes, I have a vivid imagination. In case anyone is wondering about my sanity, well, it's too late for that.

Seriously, I'm not saying I think there's anything to this. Just a quirk of the light in the long exposure. But it's neat.

I think it looks a little like the sock monkey doll's face or an old cartoon monkey.
