No they are two separate pieces, I have no idea what either are.

Where did you get it.

Well I got them from Randy's truck. He picked them up at a yard sale, the guy told him he had no idea what they are and would give them to him free if he could tell him. Randy told him it was shrapnel from a WW2 grenade, he laughed and said close enough. No one knows what they are.

Second one looks like a wire cutter/stripper, we have an identical looking ancient one in our basement.

First one... multitool? One prong looks like a wrench.

Agree with Cara #1 prehistoric multi tool & #2 looks like some sort of wire cutter ( probably got A.G.Bell engraved on it )..:)

I am asking around. I have some very knowledgeable tool type people as friends. Maybe one of them can answer you :)

can you give us size of first one? Any identifying marks...numbers?

so far no luck. sigh. I am getting a barrage of fun answers though.

a friend said this about the top one: Looks like an old bike repair kit. The left part looks like a standard wrench. The mid thingy looks the thing you use for bending the tire off the rim.

That is the only answer I have received that wasn't torture or "otherwise" related.
